As the head of Villari’s Seven Dragons and 9th Degree Master Instructor in Grandmaster Villari’s Authentic Shaolin Kempo Karate, I welcome you to this blog.
Beginner or Black Belt, White Belt to Master, this blog is the place to come to learn and teach about our amazing style. I will be posting on a regular basis as will the rest of Villari’s Seven Dragons and other high-ranking Villari Masters.
We will offer training tips, video lessons, and insights into the Art of Shaolin Kempo Karate gleaned from decades of study with Grandmaster Fred Villari.
